Acceptable Use Policy

Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of NastyKinkPigs.com (“the Platform”), operated by NKP Services LLC. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban, and may be reported to law enforcement where required.
Age Requirement
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to access, use, or create an account on this Platform. By using the Platform, you affirm that you are 18 or older. Any attempt to register, access content, or interact with other users by a person under 18 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
Prohibited Content
You may not upload, post, transmit, or share any content that:
- Depicts, promotes, or solicits the sexual exploitation of minors in any form, including computer-generated imagery (CSAM/CSEM). Violations are reported to NCMEC and law enforcement.
- Depicts sexual activity involving a person who has not given informed, voluntary consent, including revenge pornography, hidden recordings, or content obtained through coercion or trafficking.
- Promotes or facilitates human trafficking or sex trafficking as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 1591 and the FOSTA-SESTA amendments.
- Depicts or promotes sexual acts involving animals.
- Contains content that is obscene as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 1460–1470 (the Miller test).
- Promotes, threatens, or incites violence against any person or group.
- Contains personal information of another person posted without their consent (doxxing), including real names, addresses, phone numbers, financial information, or identification documents.
Prohibited Behavior
You may not use the Platform to:
- Spam or mass-message — Send unsolicited, repetitive, or automated messages to multiple users. This includes promotional content, solicitation for external services, and link spam.
- Harass or threaten — Engage in persistent unwanted contact, threats, intimidation, or bullying directed at any user.
- Impersonate — Create accounts or content that falsely represents your identity, impersonates another user, or impersonates Platform staff or moderators.
- Sc or crawl — Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or scrs to access, collect, or index Platform content or user data without written authorization.
- Circumvent security — Attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, authentication systems, content filters, or any other security measure.
- Distribute malware — Upload files containing viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious code.
- Engage in fraud — Use the Platform for financial fraud, phishing, scams, or deceptive practices of any kind.
- Solicit off-platform transactions — Use the Platform to direct users to external payment services, competing platforms, or commercial solicitation in a manner that violates our Terms of Use.
- Evade enforcement — Create new accounts to circumvent a suspension, ban, or other enforcement action.
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate information during registration, including your date of birth.
- You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
- You must promptly report any unauthorized access to your account.
- If you upload sexually explicit visual depictions, you are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable recordkeeping and labeling requirements under 18 U.S.C. § 2257. See our 2257 Compliance Notice.
Content Moderation and Enforcement
The Platform employs both automated systems and human moderators to enforce this policy. We may, at our sole discretion:
- Remove or restrict access to content that violates this AUP.
- Issue warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans to accounts that violate this AUP.
- Report illegal activity to law enforcement, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), the FBI, and other relevant agencies.
- Cooperate with law enforcement investigations, including responding to valid legal process (subpoenas, court orders, search warrants).
- Preserve account data and content as required by law or in connection with an investigation.
Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it:

All reports are reviewed and acted upon. We do not disclose the identity of reporters to the reported user.
FOSTA-SESTA Compliance
The Platform does not knowingly facilitate, promote, or support sex trafficking or prostitution. In accordance with the Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act (FOSTA, Pub. L. 115-164) and the Stop Enabling Sex Traffickers Act (SESTA), we actively monitor for and remove content that promotes or facilitates trafficking. Users who post such content will be permanently banned and reported to law enforcement.
Intellectual Property
You may not upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrighted material, trademarks, or trade secrets, unless you are the rights holder or have explicit authorization. For copyright complaints, see our DMCA & Content Removal Policy.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
