Platform's Role

NKPsMedia LLC operates NastyKinkPigs as a user-generated content platform. We:

• Do not produce, film, direct, or create any visual content
• Do not employ or contract performers to create content
• Do not record, store, or archive video chat streams or webcam sessions
• Do not maintain records of individual performers' identities as producers would be required to do under § 2257

User Responsibility

Each user who uploads visual content to NastyKinkPigs is solely responsible for:

• Ensuring all persons depicted are at least 18 years of age
• Maintaining any records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 for content they have produced
• Ensuring they have the legal right to upload and share the content
• Complying with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction

Age Verification

While NKP does not act as a producer, we take the following steps to prevent underage content:

• All users must confirm they are 18 or older during registration
• An age verification gate is presented to all visitors
• Our moderation team actively monitors for and removes any content that may depict underage individuals
• We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for underage content with immediate law enforcement referral
