1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NastyKinkPigs platform ("NKP," "the Platform," "the Service"), operated by NKPS Media LLC ("we," "us," "the Company"). By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, or clicking "I Accept," you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will publish a new version and require your acceptance before continued use. Your continued use after accepting updated Terms constitutes agreement to the new version.

2. Eligibility

To use NastyKinkPigs, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher)
• Be legally capable of forming a binding contract
• Not be a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or your jurisdiction
• Not be listed on any sex offender registry
• Not have been previously banned from the Platform

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person. You may not:

• Create multiple accounts
• Share your account with others
• Transfer or sell your account
• Impersonate another person
• Provide false or misleading registration information

You are solely responsible for all activity under your account and all content you post or transmit through the Service.

4. Content Rules

4a. What Is Allowed

NKP is an adult social platform for consenting adults. You may share content that depicts legal, consensual adult activity. Content considered "intense" may be marked as such and will be hidden from users who opt out of viewing intense material.

4b. What Is Prohibited

The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action:

• Underage content: Any sexual or suggestive content involving persons under 18. Zero tolerance — immediate removal, account termination, and law enforcement referral.
• Non-consensual intimate images (NCII): Any intimate image shared without the depicted person's consent, including "revenge porn," hidden camera footage, or deepfakes. Zero tolerance.
• Illegal content: Any content that violates federal, state, or local law.
• Non-consensual harm: Content depicting or promoting violence, assault, or harm without the depicted person's genuine consent.
• Scat, blood, or extreme content not properly marked as "intense."
• Harassment, doxxing, or threats: Revealing personal information, stalking, threats of violence, or targeted harassment of any person.
• Racism, bigotry, or hate speech: Content promoting hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic.
• Spam and commercial solicitation: Unsolicited advertising, chain messages, phishing, or unauthorized commercial activity.
• Impersonation: Pretending to be another user, moderator, or representative of NKP.
• Copyright infringement: Content you do not own or have rights to share.

5. Content Moderation

NKP employs a multi-tier moderation system to keep the community safe:

5a. PiGBoss

The Platform owner ("PiGBoss") holds ultimate authority over all content and account decisions. PiGBoss decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

5b. Community Pigs

"Community Pigs" are volunteer moderators promoted by PiGBoss. They can take the following reversible actions:

• Kick a user from a chat room
• Temporarily mute a user
• Hide messages (not permanently delete)
• Mute a user's webcam
• Vote on flagged content

Community Pig actions can be reversed by PiGBoss at any time. Community Pigs cannot permanently ban users, permanently delete content, or view personal information such as IP addresses.

5c. Content Review Process

When content is flagged:

1. Content is reviewed by available Community Pigs within 24 hours
2. Community Pigs vote on the appropriate action (remove, keep, or escalate)
3. If Community Pigs reach consensus, the majority decision is applied
4. If there is no consensus, the flag is escalated to PiGBoss
5. PiGBoss may override any decision at any time

Critical content (underage, illegal, NCII) is immediately escalated — it does not wait for the voting process.

5d. All Actions Are Logged

Every moderation action on this platform is logged in an immutable audit trail. This includes who took the action, what was done, when it happened, and the reason. This ensures accountability for moderators and provides evidence of good-faith moderation practices.

6. Non-Consensual Intimate Images (NCII) Policy

In compliance with the TAKE IT DOWN Act and applicable state laws:

• NKP has zero tolerance for non-consensual intimate images, including AI-generated deepfakes
• Any person (including non-users) may report NCII via our Report Content page
• Anonymous reporting is accepted for NCII
• Valid NCII reports will be actioned within 48 hours
• Identified NCII content is removed and preserved in an evidence vault for law enforcement
• Users who post NCII face immediate and permanent account termination
• We will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigating NCII distribution

7. DMCA & Copyright

NKP respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

• We presume that visual content not containing the uploader's own image may be copyrighted by a third party
• Copyright holders may file takedown notices per our DMCA Policy
• We maintain a repeat infringer policy: users who receive multiple valid copyright complaints will have their accounts terminated
• Counter-notification procedures are available for users who believe content was wrongly removed

8. FOSTA/SESTA Compliance

In compliance with the Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act (FOSTA) and the Stop Enabling Sex Traffickers Act (SESTA):

• NKP does not knowingly facilitate, promote, or support sex trafficking in any form
• Content promoting or facilitating sex trafficking, prostitution, or sexual exploitation of any person is strictly prohibited
• We actively monitor for and remove such content
• Suspected sex trafficking will be reported to the National Human Trafficking Hotline and law enforcement

9. Privacy

Your privacy matters. Our full Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points:

• We collect only the information necessary to operate the Service
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties
• IP addresses in moderation logs are stored as one-way hashes (not readable)
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data
• We will disclose information when required by law or to protect safety

10. Fees & Membership

NKP offers both free and paid membership tiers. By purchasing a membership:

• You acknowledge the service is for platform access and bandwidth
• Memberships are non-transferable
• Refunds are available only if the service was not accessible at time of purchase
• Terminated accounts due to Terms violations are not eligible for refunds
• Refund requests must be submitted via the Contact page

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Specifically:

• Immediate termination (no warning): underage content, NCII, illegal activity, sex trafficking, recording violations
• Warning then termination: spam, harassment, prohibited content, repeated rule violations
• Terminated accounts and all associated content are permanently deleted
• All terminations are irreversible unless reversed by PiGBoss
• We are not obligated to provide the reason for termination

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We are not responsible for:

• Content posted by users
• Conduct of users, whether online or offline
• Interactions between users
• Technical malfunctions, interruptions, or data loss
• Accuracy or truthfulness of user-provided information

You use the Service at your own risk. By participating in any offline meetup or event discussed on the platform, you release us from all liability for any resulting injury, damage, or loss.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NKPS Media LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM: (i) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (ii) CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (iii) CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; OR (iv) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT OR TRANSMISSIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NKPS Media LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the state of our principal place of business. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

16. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Exemption

NastyKinkPigs is a user-generated content platform. The platform does not produce, direct, or create any visual content. All content is uploaded by individual users who are solely responsible for compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements. See our full 2257 Compliance Statement.
