Platform Role

NKP Services LLC, doing business as NastyKinkPigs.com (“the Platform”), provides an online service through which registered users may upload, store, and share content. The Platform functions as an intermediary that provides transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, and formatting services for user-submitted content. The Platform does not produce, direct, commission, or exercise editorial control over the creation of user-submitted visual depictions.

User Obligations

Any user who uploads visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct to the Platform is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable recordkeeping and labeling requirements under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Verifying that all individuals depicted were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the visual depiction was created.
• Maintaining all records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257, including records of the legal name, date of birth, and any aliases of each performer.
• Making such records available for inspection as required by federal law.

The Platform Does Not Maintain 2257 Records

The Platform does not maintain records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 for user-submitted content. The Platform does not claim to be a primary or secondary producer of such content. Users who are producers of sexually explicit content are responsible for their own recordkeeping obligations under applicable law.

Age Verification at Registration

The Platform requires all users to confirm they are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of account registration. This self-certification is a condition of use and does not constitute the Platform taking on recordkeeping obligations under § 2257.

Reporting Suspected Violations

If you believe that content on the Platform depicts a minor or otherwise violates federal law, please report it immediately:

The Platform will promptly review and take action on all reports of suspected illegal content, including removal of content and referral to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law.
