1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OiNK (the "Service"), operated by NKP Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using OiNK, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. We reserve the right to verify your age at any time and to terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Post, upload, or distribute content involving minors in any capacity
  • Engage in harassment, threats, stalking, or intimidation of other users
  • Post content depicting non-consensual activity
  • Solicit prostitution, escort services, or any form of sex trafficking
  • Engage in financial domination schemes or coercive financial exploitation
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrs to access the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
  • Distribute spam, malware, or phishing attempts
  • Circumvent any content-filtering, access control, or security measures

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you post.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

6. Premium Services and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file on a recurring basis until cancelled. Billing is processed through our authorized payment processor, Segpay. All charges will appear on your statement as NKPSMEDIA*OINK.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, trademarks, code, and original content, is the property of NKP Services LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "OiNK," "SnoutOS," "PiGGY," "PigCam," "PigBoard," "ThisLilPig," and related marks are trademarks of NKP Services LLC.

8. DMCA and Copyright

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid takedown notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. See our DMCA Policy for details on how to report infringement.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NKP SERVICES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NKP Services LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected].

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Orange County, California.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
