Subscription Billing

OiNK premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through our authorized payment processor, Segpay. Charges will appear on your billing statement as NKPSMEDIA*OINK.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the intervals and amounts described at the time of purchase until you cancel.

30-Day Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your OiNK premium subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refunds for the initial subscription period are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Refund requests after the 30-day window will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Partial billing periods after cancellation
  • Subscriptions active for more than 30 days without prior refund request
  • Accounts terminated due to Terms of Use violations

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time using any of the following methods:

Method 1: Through Segpay

Visit cs.segpay.com to manage or cancel your subscription directly through our payment processor. You will need the email address associated with your account.

Method 2: Email

Send a cancellation request to [email protected] with the subject line "Cancel Subscription." Include your username or the email address associated with your account. We will process your cancellation within 24 hours and send a confirmation email.

Method 3: Contact Form

Submit a cancellation request through our Contact Us page. Select "Billing / Subscription" as the subject.

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your premium features remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • Your account will revert to a free account at the end of the billing period
  • Your profile, messages, and content are preserved — only premium features are removed

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your username, email address, and approximate date of purchase
  3. We will confirm eligibility and process approved refunds within 5-10 business days

Billing Disputes

If you do not recognize a charge from NKPSMEDIA*OINK on your statement, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We can often resolve billing issues faster than the bank dispute process.

Free Trial

If applicable, free trial periods allow you to use premium features at no charge. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the listed price. You may cancel at any time during the trial with no charge.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
