Copyright Infringement Notice Procedure
NKP Services LLC ("OiNK") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the OiNK platform.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on OiNK in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a written notice to our designated Copyright Agent containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate it (e.g., URL or screenshot)
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or Orange County, California if outside the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original complaint
Processing
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly
- Notify the user who posted the material
- Provide the user with a copy of the takedown notice and information about filing a counter-notification
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and restore the material within 10-14 business days unless the complainant initiates legal action.
Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion.
Good Faith
Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
